Hello
I would like to ask for Your help wiht OTRS 3.0.9.
When agent or customer close ticked (solved or unsolved) this ticket state changes to closed. In customer frontend all of those tickets have correct state, but all of them are in Open Ticket Tab (not in Closed Ticket tabs).
System shows closed tickets in Open Ticket tab and in Closed Tisket tab I have no tickets.
Is my configuration wrong or there is a bug in OTRS 3.0.9?
