Sending subqueue notifications to queue? [SOLVED]
So I've got a combination of queues/subqueues set up for my employees to be able to handle only certain clients. However, I am unable to send automatic notifications to people who are not specifically attached to the queue in which the request is lodged. Is there another way to automatically notify without agents needing to be part of the group that owns the queue?

You might be able to have a notification (event) do that for you.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: Sending subqueue notifications to queue?
Thanks, crythias. What I had to do was make sure that the members of the Group attached to the Queue had rw activated, then made a Notification(Event) for the subqueue that would notify everyone with write privileges in that subqueue.
