Hello,
I am testing priority per chosen queue but seem to be unable to do this, either by using ACL or finding related info among the manual, forums and internet.
Does anyone have any hint on how to be able to pull this off?
To give an example, i need queue "Servers" to be automatically attributed the priority HIGH when a ticket is created in that queue from customer frontend.
This is on OTRS 3.0.6

Edit the dtl to assign it. Maybe an input type=hidden on change or an ACL.
