How to use user OU as CustomerID in ad integration?

Hi Guys,

I'm finally understanding the way OTRS manages customers and customers backend. Great job by the way!!
In a OTRS authenticating customers on AD cenario, I was wondering if there is a way to use Organizational Unit as customer ID. My problem is that it seems that there is no attribute at the object containing only the OU information, it is part of the DN attribute. Does any one have any clue on this?

I don't think that is possible. You'll want Company or Department for that purpose, especially since a person might be a part of multiple OUs.
