Retrieve Services per Code depending on Queue and ACL?

Hi,

with ACLs I have assigned Services to Queues. On QueueChange, I want to automatically change the Service according to the ACL - will that be possible via an EventModule? Currently I do not see how I can retrieve a Services list depending on Queue and ACL. If possible I don't want to parse the ACL file...
