Dou you wan't to not show it? This can be done via Sysconfig (setting Secure::DisableBanner to Yes).

If you want to change it please tell me why and to what text
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
