Hello Everyone.
I want to disable certain input fields on the customer webside.
I dont want our customer to set a priority (because everyone would check the highest of course), and I want to disable the "to" field, because we agents want to choose in which queue the ticket will be delivered.
Can anyone help me here?

Its much easier. I found it later on.
Its in the SysConfig Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew, just setting the Queue and Priority to "no".
