I´m with problems with new email ticket, on the new email ticket screen some fields are disable, see the print screen. My doubt is how can i able this fields ?

Services are assigned to customers. Once a customer is chosen, the services [he has purchased?] will display. Once the services display, and one is chosen, the SLA(s) available for the service are displayed.
