Error while trying to close a ticket.

Hi all,

Yesterday our OTRS system encountered an error while trying to close tickets. It is now impossible to close Tickets.

Our system is installed on 2 replicated servers. The MySQL access is made by a virtual IP with Heartbeat. This last one failed yesterday, I think it might be related.

Here is the error:

I tried to check this file but this doesn't seems to be the problem, tried to search the System Log but find nothing.

If you have any idea, I'll be glad to check it.

There's yet another error in System Log that will be able to shed light on this.

Forget about it. The cache directory wasn't writable. Don't know why but it works fine now.

Yes i found the log menu in the admin panel. Very instructive. :)
