We have been using otrs 2.4.x for about one year. 1 month ago, we upgraded to 3.0.9. Everything, besides notification, seems to be working fine.
We use pending reminder in order to do follow up on tickets that are waiting for any kind of feedback (users, vendors, etc). So we set the next state to "pending reminder" and set the pending date to whatever agents wants. Otrs sends notifications remembering agents that something was pending. When the problem is solved, we close the ticket. Everything used to work nice.
Since the upgrade, the notification stills working, but, we are recieving notifications from already closed tickets...
Does anybody had this kind of issue?
What I was thinking is that I could "reset" pending information on database. By doing this, I could keep an eye only on new pending tickets, that didn't exist before the upgrade.
So my other question is, where this information is stored? I think that its on tickte table, column until_time...

there is a second otrs running (the old one, a test system)....

Thanks for replying, but I did not understand what you mean ... Our test/approval server is a virtual machine, and right now it is shutdown. So there's no way it was sending the emails.
I tried to look on the production server if there was some kind of test user/system, or something, but found nothing ...

if the ticket is closed OTRS won't send a pending reminder notification (have a look at the history)
So the most possible cause is, that a second system is running... You should look at the email headers to find out the IP address
