Hi,
I had the system running with Windows server 2003 virtual machine.
after I had change the store of the article attachement into FS, system become unstable, got a lot of "MySQL server has gone away" when the DB to FS convertion run. "otrs.ArticleStorageSwitch.pl -s ArticleStorageDB -d ArticleStorageFS" and sometimes sending an email with attachment to customer, please see below.
