Hi,
I have OTRS version 2.3.4. (Soon I plan to migrate to 3.0.10), but for now I have to deal with a problem and I would ask you for help.
Namely answers that I have set the tab "Administration", used for replying to the notification are added at the bottom of the answer instead of on top.
Is it possible to set that this response was at the top? Above quoted the client application. I know that version 3.0 is possible, but is in 2.3.4?

As far as I know: this behaviour can't be changed in 2.3.x and 2.4.x
I'm running 2.4.10 and I'm having the same behaviour here
