I renamed the ticket state "close successful" to "Resolved".
Now, whenever I set the ticket to pending auto close + and cron runs /otrs.PendingJobs.pl, the ticket turns to "Open" state.
I am using OTRS 3.0.7 is this is bug or are there configuration files that I need to udpate?
