When setting up new CustomerUser fields in the Config file, the template for each new line has the columns http-link and http-link-target. What do they do?
What I actually need - if possible - is to create a new field that is a URL link and for OTRS to treat is such (it is clickable when displaying the CustomerUser record in OTRS).

http link can be used to create links "behind" the customer data - using also the given customer data in the link. This enables uplinking for example into third party tools using the customer id as variable. http target defines where to open the link.
