Hi,
I upgraded OTRS from version 1.2.2 to OTRS 3.0.10.
Everything sems to work fine execpt one thing.
In some tickets the "Forward" button is missing.
I noticed that these tickets are the ones created by a Python script(written by us), automatically, each for every email it receives at our email address.
The tickets created manually are ok.
The tickets created automatically, as expalined, have as field "From:" the email address and also in the field "To:".
I would be very happy if someone can explain me when the button "Forward" is visible and when it is not, and how I can make it always visible.

Currently running OTRS 3.0.10::ITSM 3.0.5 on Ubuntu 11.04 with MySQL database.
