I'm defining my configuration and i had defined my services and my customers. Now i'm trying to define my SLA and i would like to define different SLA on a service to different customers but i don't know how to do it.
Am i doing something logic or is there any other way to define this?
For example, i have a customer A with service S1 and my SLA should be 8x5. I have also a customer B on the same service S1 with 24x7. I cannot see how to configure it
