Hello. I'm new to OTRS and i would like to configure my own calendars. With this thread i understand that this must be done manually on Framework.xml. Am i right or thes are some other tools?

This can be done via Sysconfig in Framework -> Core::Time and Framework -> Core::Time::Calendar1-9

Never change the xml files!
