I wanted to know how we can create an automatic ticket for a particular queue by sending an e-mail to the mail-id of that particular queue. Can we configure a different e-mail id for each queue? Right now, I have only one common e-mail id which creates automatic tickets in one of the queues (When I send a mail to the mail address, a ticket is created in one queue). Now I want a separate mail-id where by sending an email to it, a ticket can be created corresponding to its queue.
So please help me how I can go about it for configuring all this...
