Hi everybody
I have otrs 3.0.6 working fine but i want to update to 3.0.10. My installation is in Windows Xp. I tried to do it as explained in this link: http://otrs.org/news/2009/you_tube_win
But doesnt work because the video was made to explain a migration from 2.4 to 3.0 is diferent.
What can i do? It may be easy but i dont know.

I just upgraded my OTRS from 3.0.08 to 3.0.10, you have to do the upgrade:
1. Make a copy of back up.
2. Stop the OTRS.
3. Copy the config directory in for example C: \ Program Files (x86) \ OTRS \ OTRS \ Kernel
4. Copy the file (example) it.pm languages folder if by chance you edited it.
5. If you have changed the themes of OTRS for example to copy the pictures ... OTRS \ OTRS \ var \ httpd \ htdocs \ skins \ Agent \ default \ img. If you have not done anything skip this step.
6.Copy the SQL Dalabase ex. OTRS \ mysql\ Data folder.
7. Remove OTRS old and install new version
8. The new one installs
9. Run the installer. Pl
10. Install the plugins you had installed before (ex. faq, ISTM, system monitoring)
11. Stop OTRS (httpd, apache, cchon)
12. Replace the files copied before (config, language file, database, theme files) in the same place.
13. restart the system.
14. If everything went correctly you should have it updated without problems.
If for some OTRS problem and crashes, try deleting ZZZAAuto.pm in OTRS \ OTRS \ Kernel \ Config \ Files
