did you try imap.domain.com:993?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for the reply.
Last night I did not have the option for IMAPS after installling,
today after restarting the system I did have the choice for IMAPS and
all worked well.
