Hi there

im looking to have a less formal reply to our reply template...

currently its hi first name last name, using Hi <OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME>,

i would like hi first name.

is there a way to do this if so what do i need to type in i have tried a number of combinations but i either get a "-" or i get the tag i have used.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use anything that's in the MAP in Config.pm
