Only showing first 4 TicketFreeText

So I have set up 7 different TicketFreeKey's in Core::TicketFreeText.

However it only shows the first 4 that I have set up. Is there a limit on how many can be displayed?
OTRS 3.0.7 installed on Linux. Agents access it, customers emails us.

You have to activate the fields that you want to have viewable. Try a search in Admin->Sysconfig for FreeText. You will get a list of all front-end modules where you can activate fields. 1 is to set to visible and 2 to required. These can be set per view in order to aid in creating a workflow.

Thanks alot.

So in Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewSearch

I have found Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###TicketFreeText "Ticket free text options shown in the ticket search of the agent interface. Possible settings: 0 = Disabled, 1 = Enabled, 2 = Enabled and required."

I have set key 1 through to 6 to 1, however it still only displays the first 4.

Any ideas?

Hi!
On what screens you want to display this fields?
For every screen,such as ViewNewPhone, ViewCompose, ViewMove & ets, you need to enable this fields by 1 or 2.

Aha i got it so it was located in AgentTicketCompose
