Hi all,
I originally installed OTRS 3.0.3 or so (plus or minus a minor version number) with an remote postgres database. I've upgraded to 3.0.7 and now 3.0.10 and am also running ITSM 3.0.5.
I just noticed that no stats work. Everything seems to return all 0s.
There don't appear to be any log entries associated with statistics activity, so I don't really know how to go about troubleshooting. I'm wondering if maybe there were some database problems since postgres does not seem to be the commonly used one.
Any thoughts or recommendations? Would it be safe to run the DBUpdate-to-3.0 scripts for postgres to see if I have errors? Might there be a way to increase logging for stat generation?

Update: Looks like the stat issue is just noise. I happened to only pull stats from before otrs was being fully utilised and checking mail accounts. Whoops
