Setting the system's name for email?

I have looked through the various mail config stuff, and I can't find the setting for the name it uses when it sends email. My emails, like when a ticket is closed or something, shows up as "OTRS System". Where do I change that? Thanks!

PS, I did see NotificationSenderName in Core but it said "OTRS Notification Master" so I assumed that wasn't relevant as that's not what I see.
