After going through the update process (which was actually more like the new installation with export/import of database, which required a bit more time than usual "upgrade" of any kind of service/app etc.) I have a problem with displaying one of the crucial parts of the Ticket windows, Text Area which has to be filled otherwise you cannot either create a new Ticket manually, neither to reply to existing one.
