Lost Management permissions on root@localhost

Hi all,
While cleaning up users and groups I probably have done something wrong. When I now logon to root@localhost, I cannot see the Management section. Stupid me.
I am familiar with SQL, can somebody walk me through the DB tables/fields I should change?
Or, is their an other way to quickly restore my root@localhost permissions?
