[SOLVED] How to assign SLAs to customers
If I understand correctly to use SLAs in tickets we have to link them to customers which is logic. However I can't find a way to do it. The customer form doesn't contain anything SLA related. So my question is how could I do that?

SLAs are attached to services, not customers.
customers <-> services <-> SLA
customers <-> services <-> SLA
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
