Hi,
I want to add an email recipient box in New Phone Ticket for additional notifiers (if any).
I tried adding "To" and "Cc" fields from New Email Ticket form but it doesn't work. I need this field to be optional.
Is there a way to achieve this?
Please help.

Hi SunylKumar,
If i understand correctly your question, in AgentTicketphone, you can add your client email adress and just add ; to the other one.
Try that and let me know if it works.
