Solved: Task Scheduler

In our context, a ticket may result in the need to schedule an engineer to perform a task. We need to be able to assign engineers to tasks, reschedule tasks, cancel tasks, etc. while keeping the ticket updated.

Is the a module which allows for task scheduling? I have looked at the Time Accounting module, but this does not meet our requirements.

Yeah. Looking through OTRS this is not really what OTRS does (although our business expects everything from one piece of software, including tea-making). We will review some capacity planning solutions for this aspect of our ticketing process.
