i need Instructions on How To Upgrade OTRS from 2.4.7 to 3.0.10 in Ubuntu..

Please follow these instructions If you have installed the from the repository, then you must include the testing source to upgrade, or backup your config and database, uninstall, and install from source using the handbook page: Installation from source (Linux, Unix). A good resource, even thought it is debian (basically the same anyway) is OTRS: 10 steps to OTRS on Debian
