OwnerNotification to include original email body?

Does anyone know how to include the body of the original emailed-in ticket included on the Agent::OwnerUpdate notification? Anytime I try to use <OTRS_CUSTOMER_body> or <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[30]>, I only ever get the body or first 30 lines from the Update email, not the original customer email.
