Hi,
I installed OTRS on windows and now i want to move all the data and configuration including installed modules to Linux server.
what is the best way to do it ?

For example this way:
1) install the same version of otrs on the linux
2) export your config from windows OTRS
3) run otrs.backup on windows and otrs.restore on Linux
4) restore your config in Linux
