OTRS 3.0.10 Installation - error on the web installer page

Hello everyone,

I'm investigating the suitability of OTRS to be implemented in the company I work for and I'm trying to install it at home on my Win XP SP3.
I am not familiar on working with servers and I'm actually trying to experience OTRS from functionality point of view. Hopefully, if I find enough arguments, I'll convince my manager to allocate a System Specialist for more in depth analisys of this tool.

Here's what I've been doing:
Without any preinstallations I started the otrs-3.0.10-win-installer-2.4.4.exe until I reached "Finish" and opened the http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl
On the web installer page I receive the following errors one after another:

Namespace Core.UI.Datepicker could not be initialized, because jQuery UI datepicker could not be found.
Namespace Core.UI.Dialog could not be initialized, because jQuery UI dialog could not be found.
Namespace Core.Form.Validate could not be initialized, because Core.UI.Dialog could not be found.
Namespace Core.Agent could not be initialized, because Core.Form.Validate could not be found.

After this I can't continue installation. What should I do?

Please help me out on this!
