i used the statistics option to make up some reports based on different things but its not helping...for example if i want to create a report that how many tickes were solved by the specific user then how how will i make up that report??

Unfortunately, statistics doesn't help a lot with that. You can do that with a search, though.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
