Hallo
würde gerne wissen wie man im Postmaster filter die Einstellung vornihmt, einem Agenten automatisch eingehende Emails zu assignen?
Die OwnerID habe ich bereits hinzugefügt. Aber irgendwie will es nicht funktionieren.
Kann jemand helfen?

Ich denke dafür wirst Du auf einen GenericAgent einsetzen müssen
