hi we r currently using gmail server as our mail server and the address to log on into it is http://mail.google.com/a/cienahmi.com
but i tried to configure it through otrs but all in vain..is something being missed by me or whats going on ?? do i need to call gmail to ask any questions.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
