I'm running OTRS in a WIMP config (hah) Windows, IIS, MSSQL, Perl. When I open a page on OTRS, doesn't seem to matter which, the CPU usage by IIS's w3wp jumps to 100% and sits there whilst it processes the request.
Is that normal?
