Hello!
We have successfully working SSO for agents and customers, but here is an issue that bothers me for a while - is it possible to relogin as another user?
For example in other applications when I logout and enter other user credentials I am able to login as this user, but in OTRS no matter what credentials I enter I login as user, that is currently logged on this PC.
One of the solutions is to relogin as another user or to "Run As" the browser
Maybe anyone have solution for this?
