otrs nagios integration

Hi guys,
i am using otrs 3.0.5 and i am trying to integrate it with nagios.what all i did was i installed system monitoring module.i dont know what to do after that

Please explain me the step by step procedure to integrate otrs and nagios

there is documentation in the module (look at the installed pdf at https://<yourdomain>/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminPackageManager )
