Hello,
I'm new on OTRS and i've done some research and i found that it is possible to update a ticket via mail with postmaster.
I've configured OTRS to receive mail, it's ok. If i send a mail at this adresse and the subject of the mail is : Ticket#xxxxxxxxxxxx, OTRS automatically add the mail to the ticket.
Now I wanna do some filters. I've created a filter with filter condition "from:mail@host.com" and in e-mail headers, i've tried to change the priority but it dosen't work.
Can somebody help me? Thanks
