Cannot Add Agent

I just already install OTRS 3.0. I cannot add agent

. There is an error. in email field.
it said "this email address failed MX check". how to solve this problem?

or remove the "check MX record" flag in the config if you don't need/want this check

I use yahoo mail, for the new agent
I also set /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm :
$Self->{CheckMXRecord} = 0;

but still error, I installed this in local area network before implemented this in internet.

Please change this setting via Ssconfig. Never change the Defaults.pm!!

Do you mean SysConfig?
set Framework -> Core: CheckMXRecord = No ? --> if you mean this, I cannot find it in my sysconfig,

I don't know where is the other configuration, still error until know,
