OTRS 3.0.6
I have updated 'ViewOwner' in SysCfg to be able to set the Service. However, I have two tickets that when I bring up the Owner change panel, the pull-down for Service has a dash and nothing else. If I query the MYSQL database, I find a valid service_id in the tickets table for both tickets.
Anyone have an idea why the Service drop-down would appear empty?

Services are attached to customers. If you have a customer that doesn't have a service, then you may want to enable default services.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

KO - I went to Admin : Customer>Services : Edit Default Services and have checked all the boxes for the services.
My two tickets still don't show a service ... is there another step to enabling Default Services?
