Survey. How to start survey?

Good day!
Created a new questionnaire for the Survey.
Question: How do I run it at work (send notification to customer)? Something I do not see the button starter.
In AdminKonfig there is something about the event, but with a tie and how to distinguish it from others?
And when you create a survey, you can specify the queue. What a place it to the poll yet?
Maybe someone has already know?

Question about queues and their relation to the poll remains.
I can only assume that it will be sent to customers whose tickets closes in the selected queues.
Have more questions:
1. Can I create a poll for clients by some company.
2. How to save the survey results.
3. How to install regular surveys for separate periods.
