Is it possible to allow the customer to select a location CI when he/she is creating a ticket? I've been looking but haven't found anything on this topic yet.
What I want is to have a ticket created by a customer where their location is already linked to the ticket upon creation.
Any advice on this topic would be appreciated.

Re: Allow customer to select location (CI) in ticket
Yes, I am aware of this but to be honest, with the high cost of the module (+the support license) and the fact that it's more than I need, it's not an option at this point.
I was hoping to develop this internally. I do not want the customer to know at all that they are selecting a CI. For them, it should look like nothing more than a site list.
Has anyone tried doing this type of thing on their own?
