Is there a good document somewhere on report creation? I wanted to try to create a report that we can run each morning that lists the open tickets sorted by owner and couldn't figure it out. Thanks!

Report is a pain on this, but a saved search can do it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
