I've configured OTRS, email notification etc correctly. Now I'm facing with an issue while some users in my organization raise a ticket email notification are not received, however I receive email notification for the rest of the users in my organization. Outlook is used. I receive their tickets in my agents dashboard.
Pls help me to resolve this issue.

Does System Log indicate that user being sent the message?
Is the message going to Junk for the user?
Does the user have notification preferences no?

When users hit submit, the browser says " cannot display this page", however the ticket is received in agents dashboard.
System log does not indicate anything.
