Hi all,
I'm new to OTRS and couldn't find the answer (Customer, Company & Queues).
I'd like to be able to label tickets that come in from certain customers/emails to a company name. I have around 30 companies and I want to categorise the tickets so when I use OTRS to look at all tickets from a company or reports/stats.
Do I create 30 new queues or do I assign customers to companies... sorry I'm a bit lost here.
TIA
labelling tickets to companies

Re: labelling tickets to companies
You might want to assign customers to a CustomerID that represents the company (instead of email address as CustomerID)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: labelling tickets to companies
So I wouldn't create queues for each company & just move the ticket to that company queue? Thanks.
