Great and without cost, but closed source (some use OTRS because it's without license cost, some use OTRS because it comes with source code).

Nice to see that there is finally some sort of an Android app. I would have been even nicer if it happened to be open source.

Unfortunately I was not able to connect to our OTRS after installation.
We use HTTPS and there was an certification problem.
javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverified
Exception: No peer certificate
I don't know how to setup the android/app to trust a certificate.
Can someone please help me?
production: OTRS 5.0.X | OTRS:ITSM 5.0.X | AWS-RDS MariaDB 10.1.X | CentOS 7

We don't use HTTPS, but I was using the regular URL for the host, and had to use http://hostname/otrs/json.pl instead. Not sure if that'll help you, but thought I'd mention for others. Guess I should RTFM more often :?
