Pretty new to this all and I have run into a bit of a stumbling block with the change proccess in ITSM. I am running OTRS 3.0.11 with ITSM 3.0.5 and I have created a change and work order attached and I used the condition to go through the various states from request, pending approval, approved etc. I have now completed the work order and the change as per the conditions is pending PIR but nothing appears in the PIR review dashboard for the change manager or requestor.
Probably doing something wrong but my googling and reading the manual hasn't shed any light on how to get the pending PIR change to show in the PIR view your help is appreciated
