Is possible to enable RichText editor for FreeText field ?

not without a lot of programming, my guess.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

yes, no richt text for free fields
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Not in this version. 3.1 will have some new fields like Text Areas but won't be displaining lines in it
